Manual or automatic pressurization mode. Features return-oil position monitoring to prevent misoperation.
Based on the selected torque wrench, the target torque value can be set, and the required working pressure is automatically calculated. Torque data is displayed in real time.
Power supply monitoring and protection. An alarm is triggered if conditions do not meet pump station operating requirements. Includes motor overheat protection and system alarm shutdown for enhanced safety.
Project-based parameter settings. Allows pressurization records of bolt tightening to be classified and stored by project for easy management and traceability.
User permission management is supported. The pump station cannot be operated without entering the correct authorization password.
